JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working for the CATCOS Call Centre, you will be on the front line, representing the company in a courteous and professional manner. You will be the main point of contact for all customers and will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Providing superior customer service to CATCOS customers by receiving incoming calls via the telephone.
• Flexible for Work in CATCOS shifts including Sundays and also on public holidays (working on Sunday will subject to one day leave on any working day). Candidate must live in Karachi, Pak.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Great phone skills, speaking voice, experience, upbeat personality, dedication, PC skills, and hard working mentality are key points for this job.
• Having excellent interpersonal, problem solving, decision making, conflict management skills and data entry proficiency are the asset for the job.
• Handling angry customers and complaints professionally.
• Flexible for Work in shifts including Saturday and Sundays. Must live in Karachi, Pakistan.
• Familiarity with the product will be an added value to succeed in this position

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing product and service information and resolving customer care concerns.
• Filing complains /Requests and forwarding them towards the respective department.
• Responsible for the follow-ups regarding any campaign and also to make sure customer complains and queries are resolved and communicated properly.
• Following guide lines of training, set procedures and standard processes of call center in daily routine.
• Solving customers’ queries on a variety of topics, including product usage, rates, attributes, and issues.
• Accessing several computer applications simultaneously of call center.
• Providing leave application duly signed by the HOD to the HR department.
• Performing other duties as and when assigned.
