VINTAGE FIBERGLASS BROWN SAFETY MINING HELMET.

Product Description

1940's or 50's. Fiberglass with Bakelite light attachment. See pictures for condition. Measures about 7" across and 8" front to back. Rim is 10" across and 12" front to back. Front rim 1.5" back rim 2". There is a small number "13" on the inside center of the helmet. Found inside rim. Looks like a Skull Guard Company. You can read about the company on Wikipedia.Mainly a gold mining operation.
