Responsibilities:

4, Quality Assurance:

Establish and enforce quality standards for products or services provided by the online business.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure products meet customer expectations.
Implement quality control processes to identify and resolve any quality issues.
Continuously monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements.

5, Team Management:

Lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team of developers, marketers, and other project members.
