KM-15 Double Layer is a large concrete block machine which can give production of concrete rectangle tile, hollow block & solid blocks, paver’s stone, and other concrete materials for construction of roads and building.

The machine consists of two parts: the main machine with a primary filling bucket for aggregates raw-material of concrete, sand, and the crushed mix, however, another one is a color mix machine with another filling bucket for fine surface layer on top of the paver tiles or solid blocks. With a color mix machine, a variety of products with a beautiful colored face layer can be produced.

Two hopper system: (One For Aggregate Concrete Raw-Material & Other for topping color)

Two Buckets Trolley (One For Aggregate Concrete Raw-Material & Other for topping color)

Mixer machine with motor and gears 15hp for Aggregate Concrete Raw-Material mixing.

Mixer Machine with motor & gear 7.5hp for color mixing.

Two Vibrator Motors 15HP with table & stands to vibrator the mold for strength.

Two Conveyor Belts 2HP (One For Aggregate Concrete Raw-Material & Other for topping color)

One Electric panel with variable controls.

Chain conveyor 20 feet in length for auto pallets with finished product output.

Hydraulic unit with tank and motor gear of 20hp. ( without hydraulic oil)

Stripping synchronization by means of four pillars (compaction part, mould)

Hydraulic Pressure adjustment valve for compaction.
