Note down opening and closing of the Institute.
Attend required student employee staff development meetings/programs.
Responsible for the daily operation of the information desk including good working knowledge of current and upcoming events.
Issue keys, give out campus directions, and welcome guests to the Career Institute.
Uphold strong customer service standards for dress, greetings, phone calls, and expedient customer response.
Support emergency response processes as needed by the Branch Manager.
Possess excellent customer service skills as well as to gain an overall understanding of the operations of the Institute.
Desire to learn and know more about the student union and its daily operations in order to share such information with individuals who seek knowledge
Graduate degree or equivalent experience or training required.
1-2 years experience required.
Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
Clear writing and verbal skills.
Experience working in a Education setting or comparable business environment is highly preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must be a flexible, highly collaborative team member.
Ability to listen and analyze information
Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity regarding confidential issues.
Strong MS Office, specifically with Word, Excel.
Ability to work independently.
