According to my Grandfather, this coin was made after the Battle of Karbala. This coin is maybe of 61 Hijri or 62 Hijri.

There are four names on front of the coin as you can see on the coin;
1- Mohammad
2- Hassan
3- Hussain
4- Ali Fatima

And at the back of the coin there is a picture of Masjid and underneath of the Masjid, there is Madina Shareef is written.

According to one expert, the obverse of the coin is not exactly in line with the back or tails side of a coin, rather it is skewed by half an inch.
